How Dypzo works
Who does what
Every order involves several parties. This is the division of work Dypzo is built around, so you know what you still run yourself.
You, the dropshipper
Own your store and its customers, choose products, set retail prices, answer customer questions and keep your wallet funded.
Suppliers
Onboarded suppliers list their products, keep stock in their own warehouses, and pack and hand over each order.
Courier partners
Pick up parcels from supplier warehouses, deliver them to your customers and bring back parcels that cannot be delivered.
Payment providers
Process your customers’ payments and your wallet top-ups under their own terms.
Dypzo
Provides the workspace: imports orders, routes them to suppliers, books shipments, tracks them and keeps a ledger of your wallet and payouts.
How money moves
- Your Dypzo wallet pays the supplier and shipping costs of each order.
- Prepaid order proceeds go directly to you through your payment provider.
- Cash-on-delivery amounts are paid out to you after Dypzo receives the courier partner’s remittance. They do not top up your wallet.
